Queen Alicia VII (アリシア七世, Arishia Nanase) is the ruler of the Alzano Empire and the biological mother of Rumia Tingel.
Background
Appearance
Alicia is a beautiful mature woman with long daffodil blonde hair and eyebrows that is usually tied up in a bun and aqua blue eyes. She usually wears a long royal red gown with a gold line that goes down the middle of her chest to her stomach. Additionally, she wears two necklaces(one of the necklaces she wear have a pendant similar to Rumia's) and a gold colored choker.
Personality
Alicia is shown to love and care for her daughter greatly. She feels guilty about having to abandon her daughter, as seen when Rumia turned her away and she was seen wishing the latter would accept her again.

Volume 2
At some time she happened to wear the purple necklace. It turned out that necklace would activate a fatal spell that could kill her, and she had to act carefully to make sure the necklace would not activate.
She was saved by Glenn Radars after he realized it and used The Fool's World in close distance so she could purposefully remove the necklace and the necklace could not activate because of the presence of Glenn Radars' Original Spell currently being active.

Rumia Tingel
Rumia is Alicia's daughter. Not much is known about their relationship, except for the fact that she banished Rumia from the castle because of her supernatural abilities. It is implied that Alicia loves her daughter very much, this was shown when she greeted her and remarked on how she has grown. When Rumia turned her away, Alicia was deeply sad about it and even felt guilty for turning her daughter away years ago. With Glenn's help, she reconciles with her daughter but hides it in front of the public, in fear of exposing her true identity.
Friends
Celica Arfonia
They get along well, Alicia even calls Celica a friend from way back. This was seen where Celica acted casually around her at the magic festival and Alicia told the worried spectators to relax.
Glenn Radars
She entrusts him with taking care of her daughter, Rumia Tingel and protecting her from harms and dangers. This indicates she really trusts him and treats him as an important person to her.
